Hi everyone!  

Welcome to our very first posting!

Room 1 has had an extremely busy term with lots of learning happening (both the students and the teacher!).  We  have tried lots of new things this term like:  Discovery Time, Comic Life and now we are just touching on blogging before the holidays (better late than never!).

Discovery Time and Comic Life have both been a big hit with the children and it's really awesome to see them so excited about learning!  Through these two things, the children are learning to work co-operatively, help others without doing it for them and learn to do new things to name but a few things.  The children have really taken ownership of Discovery Time and Comic Life which makes it even more meaningful for them.
